Is this safe?
Yes. This page never holds your NFTs or your keys. It asks your own wallet to call the original staking contract (nft_unstake on stake.nekotoken.near for Good Fortune Felines, unstake on Jump DeFi for Freaky Felines), which sends each Feline straight back to the account that staked it. You see and approve everything in your wallet first.
What does the fee pay for?
The 0.4 NEAR per Feline supports the community team that keeps these tools running. It is a separate transfer sent last in the same approval, so if an unstake fails the fee is not sent. It is not refundable once sent. You can unstake up to 20 Felines per approval.
My Felines aren't listed
Make sure you connected the exact wallet you staked from; only that account can unstake. You can use "Check any account" to see what an account has staked. Freaky Felines were staked on Jump DeFi, and this page finds them from your wallet's transfer history, which can miss some: type the number in the "Add" box and it is checked on-chain before it is offered.
What about staking rewards?
The Good Fortune Felines contract's reward rate is currently zero, so there is nothing to claim. Unstaking returns the NFT itself.
